Smart Society supports various administrative roles for customer organisations to allow them to manage their user administration. This is explained here.

In some cases, users are referred to their "User Administrator" to make changes in their Smart Society user account settings, e.g. to reset Multi Factor Authentication.

How do I find out who the administrators within my organsiation are?

How You can find the administrators for your organisation in the "Personal Info" in the Smart Society Account Portal:

 

1.  Go to the Smart Society Account Portal: https://account.smart-society.io/ and login.


2.  Under Organisational Info, you will find contact information of your organisation's administrators.

 

I cannot login, what now?

In case you cannot get into the Smart Society Account Portal to check the administrators in your organisation, please check with a colleague who can. Else you can always raise a question to the Smart Society support team via this portal.
