Switch to Multi Factor Authentication - Push Notifications Print

If you already have a Smart Society account and want to switch your MFA method to Push Notifications, then please follow the steps below.

Switch MFA method

Go to the Smart Society Account portal: https://account.smart-society.io and login.

Select Personal Information

In the Security section, select Change MFA

Select Alternative MFA method for other methods and click Proceed

After clicking Proceed, upon next login you will receive a verification code in your email inbox. If you have selected Alternative MFA method, after clicking Proceed, upon next login, you will see the popup below.

You will be prompted to install the Auth0 Guardian app on your mobile device via selecting the appropriate app store. Once you have done so, or if you already have the app installed, you can Continue.

In the app store, the application should look like this:

Set up Push Notifications

Within the Auth0 Guardian app on your mobile device, select the "+" sign to add an account and then scan the QR code using your mobile device.

You have now set up your MFA via push notifications
