I have lost my device which was configured with Multi-Factor Authentication : Smart Society Support

I have lost my device which was configured with Multi-Factor Authentication and unable to pass the below step,

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security system that verifies a user's identity by requiring multiple credentials.

Rather than just asking for a username and password, MFA requires other (additional) credentials, such as a code from the user's smartphone.

If you have permanently lost the access to your device where MFA is configured, please contact the User Administrator of the your organization.

To know who is the User Administrator for the organization, please raise a support ticket.
