Issue

During login, I am unable to pass the below step: There can be multiple reasons why Multi Factor Authentication is not working for you. Examples are:

  • A technical issue
  • You have bought a new phone and your MFA is configured for the old phone
  • Your mobile phone is lost or stolen

In case you do no longer have the recovery key that you received during initial setup of MFA, you can no longer log in.


Solution:

If you have permanently lost the access to your device where MFA is configured, please contact the User Administrator of your organization. The User Administrator is able to reset your MFA settings, so you can reconfigure it for any new device that you prefer.
