Issue:
While trying to login, you get a “We couldn’t send the notification. Please try again later” error. If you are using the Auth0 Guardian app on an Android device, then this is probably caused by an outdated version of the app.
Cause:
Auth0 changed the way notifications are delivered to the Android Auth0 Guardian app. When using an older version of the app, the platform is unable to deliver the notifications.
Solution:
To fix the issue, the Auth0 Guardian app on the Android device needs to be updated to version 1.7.2 or later. You can update the app using the Play Store app on your device or by visiting the Google Play website.
